Initial Consultation

60 minute comprehensive evaluation (in person preferred) covering your medical history, psychiatric history, social history and family history. We will determine a working diagnosis and treatment plan. 

Follow Up

30 minute in-person or televideo appointments to monitor progress, make medication adjustments, and/or provide counseling. 

Second Opinion/Other Consultation

Comprehensive evaluation to provide a professional opinion without establishing a treatment relationship. Includes consultation for expert witness and industry guidance.
